All casinosocial.us products are operated by Keypads Limited, a limited liability company registered in Cyprus, with registration number HE 473368, and a registered address at Griva Digeni 1, RENADA COMPLEX, BLOCK 1, Flat/Office 11, Agios Tychonas, 4532, Limassol, Cyprus.

  • Support & AMOE Request Data: information you provide when you contact Customer Support, including the content of communications and any identifiers you provide (such as account identifiers and request codes) to process your request. This may include requests submitted to Customer Support for an alternative method of entry (AMOE) where available.
  • Purchase & Redemption Data: information you provide when you make a purchase on the Platform (e.g., of virtual gameplay credits) or request a prize redemption, including the names and details associated with your payment or redemption method. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers where a processor tokenization solution is used.

1.2 We may also collect:

  • Anonymous data (information that does not identify you); and
  • Aggregated data (information combined across users that does not identify you).

2. How we collect your Personal Information

2.3 We may also obtain Personal Information from trusted third-party sources where permitted by law and consistent with our agreements, for example to help verify identity, prevent fraud, support payment processing, or maintain platform security.

3. How we collect Automated Data (cookies, APIs, pixels)

4.2 If you do not provide certain Personal Information we request, we may be unable to register your account, provide specific features, process a purchase/redemption request, process an AMOE request (where available), or respond to your enquiry.
